$149 1-Hour UX Consultation

Invest in UX

Walk through your website with 2 UX gurus

Your website or app is underperforming, but you’re not sure where to start to address the problem. You need more people visiting, buying, making it to the bottom of your funnel.

There’s a problem. But where should you start?

That’s where the $149 Firecat User Experience Consultation comes in.

We deal with UX challenges every day

We have built high-performing UX teams for companies like Amazon, Frost Bank, TXDOT, Microsoft, and USAA. We have helped government agencies and Fortune 500 teams build a comprehensive UX strategy to redesign and re-architect websites with tens of thousands of pages.

We’ve improved task completion rate by 40%-50%, resulting in millions in ROI for our clients. And we’ve spoken at nearly every major UX conference in the U.S.

We want to help you solve your biggest website or app challenges. We can’t solve all the problems in an hour, but we will walk through the site and help you prioritize your biggest UX challenges. You’ll have a plan to move forward with confidence.

Who is this right for?

  • You have an existing product, website, or app but are experiencing problems with a few specific areas.
  • Your conversion rates have fallen recently, and you’re looking to make meaningful improvements.
  • Leadership has said your portion of the website is terrible and you need to fix it.
  • Users are complaining that your website or service is hard to use.

How it works

  1. You’ll provide a few details before our session, like URLs, key interactions, what challenges you’re facing, and information about your audience(s).
  2. You and your team will join two of Firecat Studio’s UX leaders on a 1-hour Zoom call.
  3. We’ll walk through the key areas of the site together. We’ll act as the user trying to accomplish your key goals.
  4. On the call, we’ll be taking notes about areas of the site/app that offer opportunities for improvement.
  5. It’s an interactive call – you’ll guide where you want us to focus, etc.
  6. After we’re done, we’ll send you our prioritized list of findings for improving your key challenges.

What do I walk away with?

  • You and your team spent an hour with two UX leaders with more than 40 years of combined experience in the industry. You’ll see our process and how we approach this kind of challenge.
  • You and your team will have a prioritized roadmap of opportunities to start working on immediately.
