The US Air Force’s readiness strategy includes several vendor partnerships that deliver key services such as healthcare, shopping, and recreation for service members and their families.

Firecat was brought in to analyze existing social media reach and engagement data, interview the partner organizations, create an integrated social media strategy, then deliver recommendations for conducting social media campaigns and measuring results.
