Not all cruise bookings are equal in value, and the checkout process is critical. When a user wanted to book several cabins for a wedding, reunion, or other groups, the task becomes orders of magnitude more complex. We streamlined the cruise checkout flow for all users by identifying and diverting those large-group shoppers to a live customer service person — making the experience better for users, while significantly increasing Travelocity’s revenues.
Paid search is fine, but natural search engine optimization can save a big brand millions. We created and optimized dozens of destination-specific landing pages that help Travelocity’s offers appear in unpaid searches.
