Frost Bank

Customers love this Texas brand for its customer-centric approach. As part of modernizing its digital presence and services, Frost Bank asked Firecat Studio to help enhance their usability and marketing research processes.

We performed customer usability sessions and gathered user data to build out an internal UX dashboard that allows the digital team to measure, manage and report progress over time. We helped facilitate a series of focus groups to gather qualitative data on several new brand concepts, and then a design workshop based on the user data and feedback to create better customer experiences that exceed business goals.
