Firecat Tom Vaughn led the creation of a new content section on dedicated to all the benefits tied to Prime membership – called Prime Insider. He led the creation of the site, the content strategy, a new content management system and publishing process, and oversaw the creation of all marketing assets (email newsletter, Youtube and social channels, online ads, content articles, videos, and more).

Tom used data-driven experiments to test and learn which assets, content types, and engagement marketing were the most effective. The Prime Newsletter grew to be the largest subscription newsletter in the US with 25MM subscribers.

As a client, Firecat helped Amazon hone their content strategy and create compelling content for Amazon Prime customer deepening campaign emails. Firecat marketing helped Amazon achieve 17% growth in key usage and retention metrics.
