Amazon Stores start with a great initial idea. But success depends on steady effort, trial and error, and navigating unexpected hurdles.

It’s easy to start an Amazon store. It’s not so easy to make it profitable.

Veteran professional marketer Darrin Wylie dreamed of using his knowledge to create a side hustle that could become an income stream for him and his family. He started with a solid initial idea, invested in branding and product, then set out to learn and then conquer the Amazon store model. Less than two years and many lessons on, Darrin’s dream is becoming a reality. Though he’s not ready to quit his day job, he’s made some impressive progress.
