The topic this month is "Training Your Staff to Speak for Your Organization." Social media campaigns need all members of an organization to chime in to get the conversation and buzz going - but sometimes we fear what folks will say, how people react, that what is said will be taken the wrong way.
Our discussion will feature Fran Stephenson (@SeaWorldComm), Communication Director at SeaWorld San Antonio and Collen McGee (@SgtMcGee), Staff Sergeant with the U.S. Air Force Reserve. They know about these issues, so come learn from them!
